Recipe: Spanish Orange Salad


  • 2 Big oranges
  • 2 Green onions
  • 100g (3.5 oz) of Black olives
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Peel the oranges and cut them in thin slices. Place them on a flat dish. Chop the green onion and put the onion and the olives on the oranges. Season it with the salt and pepper and sprinkle generously with the olive oil. It´s important to use a very good virgin olive oil.
