Mix together the melted butter and the sugar, and then add in everything else! Whisk it together until it’s really smooth and creamy.
Spray your ramekins with cooking spray or smear some butter inside.Divide the mixture in half between two ramekins or mugs.
Cover each ramekin with plastic wrap – leave a little vent on one of the edges.Pop them in the microwave for 60 seconds. Make sure to do them one at a time! (My microwave at home is 600W, and the one in the test kitchen is 1000W – and there was only a five second difference in cooking time.) Once they’re out, let them cool slightly and then turn them out onto a plate.
