- 2 ½ Cups pumpkin puree
- ¼ Cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 ½ Cups fresh apple cider
- 1 Tbsp freshly grated ginger
- ½ Tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 Tsp. cinnamon
- ¼ Tsp. allspice
- In a medium sauce pan combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until thickened.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
