Pumpkin Butter

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ Cups pumpkin puree
  • ¼ Cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ Cups fresh apple cider
  • 1 Tbsp freshly grated ginger
  • ½ Tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1 Tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ Tsp. allspice

Instructions

  1. In a medium sauce pan combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until thickened.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
