- 1 Cucumber, diced
- 1 Apple, sliced
- 1 Celery stick, chopped
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
- 1 Cup of Ice
- 5 Mint Leaves
- Place half of the cut up ingredients; cucumber, apple, celery, lemon juice and mint,pineapple, in a blender. Blend until smooth and pour evenly among 2 glasses.
- Repeat with the remaining cucumber, apple, celery, lemon juice, mint and ice.
- Garnish the smoothie with a celery stick & fresh mint leaves if you would like.
