Cucumber Apple Smoothies


  • 1 Cucumber, diced
  • 1 Apple, sliced
  • 1 Celery stick, chopped
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 Cup of Ice
  • 5 Mint Leaves


  1. Place half of the cut up ingredients; cucumber, apple, celery, lemon juice and mint,pineapple, in a blender. Blend until smooth and pour evenly among 2 glasses.
  2. Repeat with the remaining cucumber, apple, celery, lemon juice, mint and ice.
  3. Garnish the smoothie with a celery stick & fresh mint leaves if you would like.
