Recipe: Quick and Easy Healthy Peanut Butter Balls


  • 2/3 cup natural crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or agave syrup
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup milk powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg


  1. In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients until well blended. Roll into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter, chill, and enjoy. If desired, you can dust with some rice flour or icing sugar.
