Cookie Butter is the new craze sweeping the nation, similar to how Nutella was a runaway hit not too long ago. Averie Cooks has a recipe for this wonderful spread (or you can do like us, and just eat it right off of the spoon). And with the way it is flying off the shelves, you may just be stuck with having to make it for yourself. While not 100 percent made from cookies, the addition of honey roasted peanuts adds a nutty flavor to the butter.
