Recipe: BLT Cups


  • 5-7 strips of bacon
  • Shredded lettuce
  • 1-2 Diced tomatoes
  • dollop of mayonnaise


  1. Place foil on the underside of a Muffin Pan – size varies on how big you want your cups (make sure the pan has a rim to catch the drippings)
  2. Form bacon into cups around the muffin pan – interweaving
  3. Set oven to 400 degrees – then watch carefully, cooking time varies depending on how crispy you want your bacon, (10-15 minutes)
  4. Fill with lettuce, tomatoes, and mayonnaise.
