Recipe: Sweet Corn Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 cup cornmeal
  • 1cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup agave syrup
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • Replacer for 2 eggs
  • 2 cups soy milk

Instructions

  1. Combine and pour into pan or molds.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned.
