Recipe: Sweet Corn Muffins
Ingredients
- 2 cup cornmeal
- 1cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup agave syrup
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- Replacer for 2 eggs
- 2 cups soy milk
Instructions
- Combine and pour into pan or molds.
- Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned.
