Mint Chocolate Chip Milk Shake


  • 3 cup cold skim milk
  • 1 pack (4–serving size) jell-o pistachio flavor sugar-free instant pudding and pie filling
  • 1 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/2 oz (square) baker’s semi-sweet chocolate, grated


  1. Pour milk into blender container. Add pudding mix, ice cream and extract; cover. Blend at high speed 15 seconds or until smooth. (mixture thickens as it stands. Thin with additional milk, if desired). Sprinkle individual servings with grated chocolate.
