Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar substitute
- 1/2 cup butter substitute (like Earth’s Balance)
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 3 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup dark chocolate , chopped
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Combine sugar, butter and milk in a pan. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Pour mixture over nuts, oats, dark chocolate, and vanilla. Drop by teaspoonful on wax paper or foil. Cookies will harden as they cool. Makes 24 Cookies
