Recipe: BLT Cups
Ingredients
- 5-7 strips of bacon
- Shredded lettuce
- 1-2 Diced tomatoes
- dollop of mayonnaise
Instructions
- Place foil on the underside of a Muffin Pan – size varies on how big you want your cups (make sure the pan has a rim to catch the drippings)
- Form bacon into cups around the muffin pan – interweaving
- Set oven to 400 degrees – then watch carefully, cooking time varies depending on how crispy you want your bacon, (10-15 minutes)
- Fill with lettuce, tomatoes, and mayonnaise.
