These little baked cheese balls are a popular snack food in Brazil. This easy recipe has only three ingredients. It doesn't get any easier than that, and in minutes you'll have a tasty treat that everyone will love!
Ingredients
- 1 and 1/4 cup of tapioca starch
- 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 10 and 1/2 oz. of heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Mix all the ingredients together until it’s combined.
- Make small balls with the dough, place them on a medium pan and bake them for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Note: For those of you who live in the STL Metro area, tapioca starch can be purchased at the Global Foods Market in Kirkwood (In aisle 10B at the end nearest the dairy case)
