Grilled Eggplant


  • 1 Eggplant
  • 2 Cloves garlic, minced
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Fresh ground black pepper


  1. Slice eggplant about an inch thick.
  2. Combine garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush on a small bit of little olive oil mixture.
  4. I usually grill at 400 degrees about 8 minutes/side.
