Ingredients
- Pizza Dough for extra large pizza (see notes below)
- 4 Eggs
- 1 1/2 tablespoon – Olive oil
- 1/4 Teaspoon – Dry Oregano
- 1/4 Teaspoon – Dry Rosemary
- 1 Clove – Garlic, finely grated
- 1/4 Cup – Red Onions, sliced
- 1/2 Cup – Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 Cup – Cherry Tomatoes, sliced
- Salt and pepper as per taste
- Garnish
- 1 tablespoon – Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 5 slices – Bacon, cooked and chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 400F
- Roll and stretch the dough and set it on a pizza pan
- In a small bowl add olive oil, finely grated garlic, oregano and rosemary
- Using a brush, apply the herb oil mixture on the dough
- Add the cheese, cherry tomato and onions
- Crack the eggs on top and season with salt and pepper
- Bake for 15- 20 minute at 400F
- Add the cooked bacon
- Drizzle extra virgin olive oil on top and add the bacon. Serve warm
