- 1 stick of butter
- 1 pint of heavy cream
- 1 tbsp. garlic
- 2 c. of grated parmesan cheese
- Melt butter in sauce pan.
- Add garlic and cook until you smell it coming from the pan.
- Add cream.
- Just before cream comes to a boil, add cheese while stirring.
- Stir, on low, until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add Salt and Pepper as needed.
- Serve over your favorite pasta or chicken.
