Breakfast Pizza with Eggs and Bacon

Ingredients

  • Pizza Dough for extra large pizza (see notes below)
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon – Olive oil
  • 1/4 Teaspoon – Dry Oregano
  • 1/4 Teaspoon – Dry Rosemary
  • 1 Clove – Garlic, finely grated
  • 1/4 Cup – Red Onions, sliced
  • 1/2 Cup – Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 Cup – Cherry Tomatoes, sliced
  • Salt and pepper as per taste
  • Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon – Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 5 slices – Bacon, cooked and chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 400F
  2. Roll and stretch the dough and set it on a pizza pan
  3. In a small bowl add olive oil, finely grated garlic, oregano and rosemary
  4. Using a brush, apply the herb oil mixture on the dough
  5. Add the cheese, cherry tomato and onions
  6. Crack the eggs on top and season with salt and pepper
  7. Bake for 15- 20 minute at 400F
  8. Add the cooked bacon
  9. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil on top and add the bacon. Serve warm
