Begin by adding chopped cilantro, squeeze of lime, soy sauce, chopped garlic, and spices to a large ziploc bag. Now add in the steak.
Refrigerate and marinate for at least a couple of hours. During the marinating time, shake the bag at least a few times to allow marinade to get to every spot on the meat.
Preheat the grill on high heat, before adding the steak lower flame to medium high and place steak onto grill. Grilled on each side until you get it to a nice medium-rare. If you like it medium well or well done close the grill cover over and allow the steak to grill for longer.
Remove the steak from the grill and allow it to rest for about 2-5 minutes. Resting meat allows flavor to lock in. Slice the steak and serve over a bed of Mexican rice with a side of greens.
