Recipe for Sausage Balls - They make for a great breakfast on the go, a snack, appetizer, you name it!  It’s easy to make a couple of batches and you can even freeze them to have plenty on hand for future use.

Sausage Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork sausage, cooked (NOT drained)
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 2 cups shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked sausage, Bisquick and shredded cheese. Form into walnut size balls and place on baking sheets.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, until golden brown.
